Members of the Air Conditioning Contractors of Western Pennsylvania agree to abide by and conform to the following code of professional conduct:

- Maintain strict compliance with all laws, regulations, codes and ordinances pertaining to our industry.
- Optimize safety and efficiency in the Industry by participating in the education and training programs of ACCWPA.
- Provide a clean, safe, respectable and well identified place of business matching with the high standard of the profession.
- Develop the highest quality standards of customer service and nurture long-term relationships with our customers.
- Enthusiastically support business development in which skilled and professional contractors are empowered to provide high level services to our customers, resulting in a positive impact for our communities.
- Encourage a high level of vigilance and active involvement in political actions that will have an effect on the industry.
- Become an active ACCWPA member by regularly participating in ACCWPA educational opportunities and utilizing the tools and resources provided by your local Association.
